Added the first post-1.0 patch summary, player impact, and old-save migration boundary.
As of September 3, 2026, the latest verified Big Ambitions update is 1.0 Build 3672/3674, published September 1. It is the first large post-launch repair wave and includes a hotfix for a bug that could stop training, imports, and deliveries together.
The 3674 hotfix addressed an employee-leaving failure that could cascade into employees not finishing training and imports or deliveries not running. It also fixed scooters losing steering after repeated use and an unwanted tutorial message for saves past the second-business objective.
If logistics worked before the 1.0 launch patch and several employee-driven systems failed at once, update the game and continue to the next in-game day before deleting contracts or rebuilding the warehouse.
The larger 3672 changelog is primarily a repair and quality-of-life update. Notable player effects include:
The build index mirrors the official note and is useful for checking the build number and full itemized list. It is not the publisher of the patch.
The reviewed 1.0 announcement does not publish a universal conversion procedure for every historical save. An earlier official EA 0.10 patch note said saves from EA 0.8 or older might need to be opened and resaved in the EA 0.9 beta before using the game's upgrade flow in a newer version.
Treat that as a historical recovery path, not a guarantee for every 1.0 problem. Keep the original save, use a new filename for any conversion attempt, and seek current official support if the upgrade option does not appear.
The official Big Ambitions website orders major milestones—1.0, EA 0.11, and EA 0.10—and links each entry to the developer's Steam post. Use the Steam announcements feed for the newest authored note, and use SteamDB only when you need a searchable build-number index.
This page summarizes player impact instead of reproducing full changelogs. Once a newer official announcement appears, its date and build must replace the “latest verified update” above.
