For a normal car or delivery van, drive into the repair bay at a gas station, stop in the marked service area, and confirm the repair shown by the interface. If the vehicle is too damaged to move, stay seated in it and call Tow Service from your BizPhone contacts. Freight trucks use the dedicated truck repair facility instead of the normal car bay.

Repair a drivable car or van

  1. Open Voogle Maps and show the gas-station or repair location.
  2. Drive the damaged vehicle to the station.
  3. Enter the garage/service bay, not only the fuel pumps or shop parking.
  4. Stop inside the marked repair zone.
  5. Open the repair prompt and review the quoted cost.
  6. Confirm the amount you want to repair.
  7. Wait for the interface to complete, then check the vehicle condition before leaving.

The exact repair bill is displayed in game and scales with the situation. Keep cash available before entering; do not assume an old guide's flat amount.

Repair a freight truck

The freight truck is a different vehicle class with much larger cargo and logistics capacity. Use the truck repair facility near the commercial truck area. A standard gas-station car bay may not be the correct service point for it.

If a delivery route depends on that truck, inspect whether another assigned vehicle can cover the destinations while it is being repaired.

Tow an undriveable vehicle

  1. Enter and remain seated in the damaged vehicle.
  2. Open BizPhone → Contacts.
  3. Call Tow Service.
  4. Accept the displayed tow charge and destination.
  5. Complete the repair after the tow places you at the service facility.

A developer response confirms that the tow call must be made when the damaged vehicle can no longer be driven. If the contact is unavailable, confirm that you are inside the target vehicle and not standing next to it.

How to know the repair worked

  • the repair transaction is recorded;
  • the vehicle condition is higher than before;
  • the vehicle can exit the bay under its own power; and
  • any damage warning that depended on condition clears.

Common problems

No repair prompt appears

Make sure the entire vehicle is inside the service trigger and that you chose the correct facility for its class. Reposition slowly instead of repeatedly colliding with the entrance.

You are at a gas station but only see fuel controls

The repair trigger is in the garage bay, not the pumps. Drive around the station and enter the marked service area.

The vehicle cannot reach the shop

Use Tow Service while seated in it. Do not abandon a critical delivery vehicle in traffic and expect the logistics system to repair it automatically.

You cannot leave the repair shop

Current official notes include fixes for being unable to exit a repair shop and for vehicles being repaired free after a reload, showing that old workaround advice may describe patched behavior. Save, check that the transaction completed, and submit an F2 bug report if the current build still traps the vehicle.

Reduce future repair interruptions

  • release acceleration before tight turns;
  • avoid using a nearly broken vehicle for a timed job;
  • check condition before assigning a vehicle to an important route;
  • keep repair and tow cash outside the expansion budget; and
  • use the correct truck or van for the delivery capacity you need rather than overloading your logistics plan.

Repairing restores the vehicle; it does not refill fuel, change cargo assignments, or repair a broken delivery plan. Check those separately after leaving the bay.
